I have a 1994 Honda Accord Ex. The Kelly Value is $1000.00 in fair condition. I will be selling it in a few months, but it has work to be done to it that includes, an oil leak coming from the oil plug, both front routers needed to be replaced, wheel alignment, the heater is out, the steering column in busted out from when the car was stolen, but can be driven with a screw driver, and has a lot of outer body damage. I am not getting any of the repairs done before the sale.

Other then that the car drive well. I will be letting who ever buy this know of these things. What is a fair price?
Thanks for all the responses .Yeah the $ 200-$400.00 price range was about what I was thinking too. I stay in Ohio.

its not in fair condition, selling outright i would ask 750, trade no more than 500, trade will always be less than selling outright and no dealership will want that if it needs that much work.

if youre trading it in, i would see if you could get 3 or 400 dollars at trade in. otherwise since it is a death trap i dont see anyone buying it for more than 200. which it is worth more if you scrap it then that

With all the work that needs to be done, basically you are selling a parts car. I'd say $200.00 minimum. Who knows what could happen to it in the few months before you sell it.

It also depends on location. Believe it or not location makes a lot of difference. I would offer you $200.00 to start but I would go no higher than $400.00. If I took it to a mechanic to fix all the problems, I'd spend more than the Kelly Blue Book Value for parts and labor. If I did the work myself I'd spend more than $400 for parts to fix it. Even as a project car I wouldn't go over $400 as a max offer.

Edit:
If the economy wasn't in the state its in I'd buy it in a heart beat as a project car and Pimp It Out! Good Luck with the sale of it brother!
