What is a fair price for a 2001 Jeep Cherokee with 108k miles?

I found a used 2001 cherokee limited with 108k miles and what looks like a 3" lift with new 265/75r16 BFG's and a K&N . The vehicle is in excellent condition and they are asking $8900. Is this a fair price considering the modifications?
I had planned on adding the mods it allready has. I just wanted to know if it would be cheaper to buy the 8k one or buy one for 6k then add the mods.
 
An 8 year old Jeep with that many miles? Besides being ugly, they have had problems (numerous). I would look for something else. That's way too much money for that car. I don't care what it looks like.
