What is a disease or ailment that would be a good topic for a health paper?

I'm having the hardest time chosing!!! I've changed topics about 5 times now because its just way to hard!!! If someone could offer something that would be really easy for a page and a half essay, I would love you forever. This is what I get for procrastinating :'(

Dementia
