what is a carnivore fish?

A carnivorous fish is one who eats flesh not plant material. Sharks are a good example. They are meat eaters. Fresh water algae eaters are typically algae feeders.
 
A carnivorous fish is one that will devour other living creatures (meat).

A herbivore is one that only eats plants.

An omnivore is one that eats both meat and plants. =]
