What is a better vehicle, a Jeep Cherokee or Oldsmobile Bravada?

Toyota 4 runners and Nissan Pathfinders are much better than either. Jeeps are at the bottom of the list for quality and repair costs are likely to be the worst. I owned a GMC Jimmy, the equivalent of the Bravada and it was an excellent vehicle. But the record at Consumer Reports is not good for either the Jimmy or the Bravada.
 
Jeep is producing 4wd vehicles since more than 60 years...Oldsmobile, like some other brands, are producing SUVS which are good for some fields ride in the country, but if you requir vehicle which is able to bring you on top of a rocky path where only goats dare, despite of its size, the Jeep Cherokee is the only reasonable choice among the two for sure!
 
I am a state license mechanic and the oldsmobile bravada is a joke. The jeep is the best hands down.
