what is a better sub the Rockford and Fosgate T2D412 or the JL Audio 12-W6v2-D4 debating on them.?

Wich sub would give me more bass with a 500 watt rockford and fosgate punch amp. and would I be able to replace the Jl audio 12-W6v2 in the H.O box with the rockford and fosgate sub?
