C chris2EM Guest Jan 2, 2009 #2 The Impala is definitely the better car. It's more fuel efficient (3.9L V6 233HP 17/27 mpg and 3.5L V6 211HP 19/29 mpg in the Impala vs the 3.5L V6 219HP 17/26 mpg in the G6) and it's actually more reliable. The Impala will give you more for the money.
