They mention it in the book "Adam and his kin", and it says it's a very large creature that lived in Eden in Adam and Eve's time. Some people say it's a type of dinosaur, and some people say it's a type of extra large hippopotamus. I think it could be possible that there were dinosaurs in that time, because sin hadn't entered the world yet, and certain animals weren't aggressive yet. If anyone has a opinion, just let me know!

A "Behemoth" is a man or woman who has definitely FAILED the "Jenny Craig Weight-Loss Plan"!

the Bible is a book of myths and folklore, don't waste too much energy on that stuff

In form a plural of H929, but really a singular of Egyptian derivation: a water ox, that is, the hippopotamus or Nile horse: - Behemoth.

Most believe that it is probably an ox but it could be a dinosaur I guess along with the leviathan

It is a dinosaur

The word "dinosaur" wasn't a word in English until the 1800's. Before that, the words "dragon" and "behemoth" were the words used for dinosaurs, and those words are in the Bible, and dragons are in the Bible frequently.

1. or be·he·moth or Be·he·mothbible huge animal: a huge beast referred to in the Bible, usually thought to be a hippopotamus(Job 40:15)
2. something huge: something that is enormously big or powerful

[14th century. From Hebrew bĕhēmōṯ , from bĕhēmāh “beast.”]
