party in lynchburg,VA? It will be my grandmothers 75th 'suprise' birthday party and my family wants me to find a place....like an outdoor reception hall kind of...they want to serve arderves also,so nice but not for the rich,shes just an old coutry girl 
Just a place that makes you think southern hospitality and some place where you can see beautiful landscaping,something that makes you think of spring or summer and it has to be in LYNCHBURG,VA any ideas would be a big help....park shelters,reception halls etc...
