In terms of Municipal Court, if a client was being represented via their Attorney, as i understand can be done )at least in NJ) if it will present an "Undue Hardship" to the Defendant, i.e., Defendant moved and lives and works in California now and has x-years old Traffic Summons, hired Attorney to apprear in Court on his behalf... Affidavit, yes or No (If one did not want to rely on the 5th Amendment?)
