What is 20gm and 40 gm of Coconut cream powder?

I am new to baking, and I am trying to follow a recipe online that asked for 20gm and 40 gm of coconut cream powder. Because I am from the U.S., I need to figure out the conversion. However, I tried looking online, but got more confused. I see some references converting into cups but also into teaspoons and tablespoons.
