About 10 hours ago i started getting chills, muscle aches and was really tired. i went to sleep, woke up, took a shower, and in the shower my vision blacked out and my head felt really heavy and cloudy. i sunk to the floor and could not get up. when i did manage to get up, very slowly, i only made it about 10 feet before the black vision and heavy head and dizzy started. my foster mom does not want to take me to the hospital. what could i have?
