2 weeks ago I have started to have sore throat, then a week later my chest/lung begins to hurt occasionally everyday with brief period of shortness of breath and today when I take a deep breath I heard something crack/pop inside me, like just below my neck, and I'm going to the doctor in 2 days, can anyone give me an educated guess on what disease or illness I'm having beforehand?
