freezing cold to burning? I've had what seemed to be a pretty bad cold for the past few days, I had a really bad cough and then a nasal drip and its been getting worse every night. Now I keep feeling really hot and then I take off a shirt or something and I feel freezing cold and everytime I cough it sounds like I'm about to throw up my guts (no I have not thrown up at all). I just had my friend feel my head and she jerked her hand back it was so hot. Please help me figure out what it is and what to do about it.
