What if you take the LSAT 3+ times?

Just so the answerers know, I'm a High School Student, nowhere near ready to take the LSAT, I'm just wondering.

I heard the LSAC changed their admission requirements so only the highest score counts.

My only question is: So, theoretically, you could take the LSAT 20 times and law schools wouldn't know you took it this amount of times if you cancelled out every other score? Or do they know how many times you have taken the test?
