counselor for a letter? I have unique life experiences and know that I overcame something big, but I don't feel comfortable telling this to admission people or answering my guidance counselor's questions so she can write things in her recommendation letter. Also, one question is supposed to be about something that could explain grades a certain year, and I don't want to mention a valid reason.
