what if we werent on earth?

describe life in space (what the conditions are like) and what accomodations we need to make to ensure people can survive in zero-g or microgravity environments for extended periods of time. How would we prepare for life in space before hand, some of the differences between living on earth and living on the International Space Station, how we become acclimatize in space, or what if any, efefcts are felt upon returning home to earth?
