what if there's no verification prompting me, my email is just failed to send?

I have a new account, when I send my email there's no verification prompting me, my email is just sending failed, a message appear "Message could not be sent due to error in connection", but when my daughter used her account, it is working, she can send email...

Please help me, i really need to send emails... this is very inconvenient...
