I've been dating this really nice girl for a several weeks and we're pretty close to taking the next step. The thing is, I kinda like kinky stuff (but vanilla sex is fine too) but what if she's not into that. I like bondage, maybe a bit of spanking. (Me being the dominant one) What if she's turned off and breaks up with me. I don't know. I'm worried as hell and I don't know what to do
 
And that's why you talk about sex before you do. Ask her. Say what you're into and see how she responds. It's really that simple. If she doesn't then you could try to compromise or find someone who does.
 
Pffft this is simple. If it comes to sex be pretty neutral about it. Just focus on making her feel good. The next time maybe ease into something pretty tame just to see how she reacts. If she likes it just keep easing into it, she may eventually say something that's when you just tell her what your really into. If she seems a bit skeptical just ask her to try it. If she likes it great, if she admits she really hates it well maybe she's just not the girl for you.
