no brake no gas and drive it like your life depended on it and aim for something soft. I have never had to deal with this suituation, but tire quality being what it is these days you should have something between the rim and the road. I suspect you wont have a lot of time to think about it, the survival instinct will kick in now would be a good time to talk about wearing all the protective gear everytime you go out.
