What if I got some vacuum pump oil in my car's a/c system?

I found out my Jeep Grand Cherokee was completely out of refrigerant after I had charged it the prior week. I connected a vacuum pump to see if it would hold (it didn't),and pressurized the system with Nitrogen to leak test (found the evaporator to be leaking). SOMEHOW during this process,I believe I got some pump oil into the system (my guage hoses were chugging as I put the Nitrogen in,and the suction port seemed oily after I was done leak-testing). No idea how it happened,or even 100% sure it did happen! I am aware that no amount of vacuum will remove oil,and you can't flush a compressor. I am having the shop replace my evaporator and heater core, and I'm evacuating/charging it myself when they are done. I'm just not sure if I should replace the drier, maybe take the compressor off and drain it,and flush it with it's own oil. I have flushed out home a/c systems before after a compressor burn out. Maybe do that? Thanks.
