You see, what unclean animals eat does not determine them Kosher.

And some pigs are raised in sterile settings and their heart valves used for human transplanting.

Also, in the Tropics, some countries require pigs to be raised on elevated concrete slabs to endure they do not contaminate the area.

For myself, I transcend the Kosher diet and have reverted to the Eden Diet which will endure eternity in Heaven, I'm a vegetarian.

I have never thought of them as "dirty" or "unhealthy".
I happen to LOVE me some bacon, but all in moderation.

When I was young, we raised chickens. Now you talk about a dirty animal. They will eat anything!

One theory is that G-d wanted the ancient Jews separate from their pagan neighbors. Having food restrictions, especially foods that were considered rich and often the focus of feasts, did that. Focus was on family, religion and other Jews, not on assimilating into pagan cultures.

Well restaurants throw they left overs in a big barrel. and sell it to farmers.

Means Most pigs eat very good, also some pigs way better then us (get they stuff from 5 star restaurants for example)
