Well I sold to this person an item and I sent it through USPS as first class mail so there's no tracking information. Now this person has opened a dispute case against me saying that I didn't send them the item. I still have the receipt from USPS. I was just wondering is there a high chance I'm gonna lose the case?
What if a buyer on ebay claims to have not received an item and opens a dispute case?
