What I'd like to see: Sprint to buy Cricket and merge with Boost

I think that Sprint should buy Cricket and merge it with there Boost Mobile!!, I mean sense it was already putting itself on sale.

Cricket neeRAB improvement but overall I'm happy with them as they are. And judging my your other post about Virgin Mobile, it sounRAB like you don't want any other Regional carriers around. What about U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Bluegrass, Tracfone, Cellular South, Consumer Cellular, Jitterbug etc. Cricket is not an MVNO in their own markets, they run their own network, with their own antenna's. And Cricket uses Sprint when your not in a Cricket area. Same coverage as Sprint, except for when your in a Cricket area. No Sprint at all there.

People have to have options. Where's the competition in regional carriers if Boost is the only one? I like how Cricket (and MetroPCS) actually have retail stores, and actual employees wiling to help you face to face if you have a problem. I don't like the idea of buying pre-packaged phones from Wal-Mart. Feels too much like a fast food resteraunt to me. Just my opinion.

Who's putting who on sale? Yes there's that rumor that pops up about every six months or so but always goes unfounded.

Now what reasoning would a person have to choose Boost over cricket, Networks are virtually the same? Cricket is actually getting some good devices now, and allows CPE?
Boost does not allow most CPE, and if it happened would loose a large customer base because most of the CPE on cricket are Bad ESN's with Sprint. All my phones have bad ESN's with Sprint.
So here's my opinion on it.

cricket has this to offer:
Cricket owns it's network towers & Spectrum, Boost doesn't
cricket is improving on device selection, Boost is not
pricing is about the same when comparing features and networks.
Both customer services leave a lot to be desired.
Cricket will accept a BAD ESN device from Sprint, Boost won't
Cricket has actual corp stores, Boost doesn't

Over all why doesn't cricKet buy Boost should be the question?

whichever just so they would have boost's coverage also--cause i am covered with boost but not with cricket and i would like to get their ascend phone.
