spark plugs and wires
oil change
clean the air flow sensor and throttle body
getting a vacuum flush system and run some injector cleaner stuff through it, you can get it all as a kit from most part stores, just follow the instructions that come with it
this may sound like alot but it really isn't, you can go to Honda and have them print out all the part numbers that you need if you don't have a book for it, which you can get at pretty much any parts store

For a 06, all you have to do is change the spark plugs, air filter, and the cabin filter. There is a fuel filter in the tank but, you can only buy that with a fuel pump assembly; just drop in an injector cleaner in the tank Sea Foam or STP (black bottle.) Also if your car is equipped with an automatic train, don't forget to change the ATF every 25K. Use Honda ATF from the dealer. The car needs about 3.5 quarts.

my honda civic needs a tune up never done one on this car so i wouldn't know what i need for it as far as wires and spark plugs go, is there anything else i may need that i don't know?
i got 80,400 miles in this car, i got it used at a honda dealer with 48,000 miles in TX when i went to San Diego i ask the guy that worked at an autopart store told me that i didn't need it the change until 80,000 and had showed me on a book. now that i got the millage what is it that i need for my civic?
i got the wires and the distribution cap one piece do i need to get a new one or just the wires

Yes there is, not enough info in the question. You might have wanted to stated the mileage of the vehicle if you want an accurate response.
