I had asthma during one year.
And i use to know two people with asthma. Both had asthma during years.
They had sometimes serious asthma crisis.
A girlfriend and a neigrabroadour.
I have noticed something, I can say this people had something in common.
i must say : both were often alone at home, good students, but not so interested in
communicate with others. And worrying for their future.
They were interesting people, funny, with personality but :
That was so : They were like saying : i belong to an important family, i have a good social status
in my village or in my city (what they imagine), i don’t want to talk so much to the normal
society people.
I don’t want to make friend with a factory worker, i don’t want to make friend with somebody
working in a shop.
I go out only with people of my social status. They were both kind of snobbish.
Often looking down others neigrabroadors, looking down other families.
Whatever, they both ended up every Saturday night often alone at home watching TV .
It’s not a generally speaking about the asthma community. That’s the two people i use to know .
Of course, all kind of people have Asthma, rich poor.
But this two i know them, they didn’t go out with 5 frienRAB the week end.
And both they had another problem. They were good at school, but they didn’t prepare their
future. They picked up randomly a study.
One choose to study history. But at the beginning she knows that their is no positions available
in her country for history teachers.
The other also choose randomly to study economic and one foreign language,
He knew also that their is no job opportunities in this field.
They didn’t know what job to do in the future.
When they were young they didn’t prepare their future.
And they ended up at 25 years old, worrying a lot about what job they could do.
After 5 years studying, They started to make a simple job. A job that they didn’t like.
They were often worrying and worrying about their job. I remeraber that very well.
Solutions for easing the asthma.
I have met 2 pulmonologists and i have read magazines , i had asthma crisis 6 years ago .
I was given Venolin inhaler and medicine .
But they also told me three things are important. Three things can cause asthma .They told me
try this three improvements in your flat at first. During three weeks. During this three
weeks don’t take your medication.
If you still have asthma, then take your medication.
The dust :
every day , once a day , sweeping the floor , and once a week mop the flour with
washing powder . Then your lungs can breath good clean air.
If the flat has not been swept, or vacuum cleaned, then the air contains lot of dust.
That will disturb your breathing.
The dust damage your metabolism a bit every day.
That will slow down the lungs and the breathing system .
The air :
They said : open your windows often. In your room, after one night sleep, most of the oxygen
in your room has been used because of your breathings.
You must renew the oxygen by opening the windows. Large and a long time. Half an hour
minimum.
When you are at home always keep your window open, except when it’s too cold of course .
But even in the winter open it during one hour in the morning, and one hour at night.
The food :
The stomach empty in the morning produces acid.
Never going to work or to school on an empty stomach. One coffee and 2 pieces of bread with
jam or honey, it’s not good. That’s not food, just toys for the mouth.
Pizzas, bread with cheese, it’s the same, no real nutrition in that.
The morning having a good and large breakfast that’s very important for the immune system.
It should be nearly the same as a lunch or a dinner : one or two fruits and vegetables with
potatoes and eggs for example.
Three large meal a day like this one, never having an empty stomach, in the morning or during
the day.
work, social live and sport :
And also the sport outside running half an hour or cycling 2 times a week or more helps a lot
increase the metabolism.
Two pulmonologists told me that. I have also read about the dust part in health magazines
I did so and it was over.
But at the same time, having a vivid social life with a lot of frienRAB, going out, and a good work
that we like, a work that we are happy to do, helps a lot.
Living next to a chemical industry, or a highway :
And of course in my country we know that people living next to a chemical industry, or people
living next to an oil refinery. Their is twenty times more risks. Their is twenty times more asthma
cases.
Just it’s better not living there. Moving kilometers far away from this dangerous industries is a
good choice.
It’s better also not to live next to a city ring or a highway. Of course.
Absolutely Moving, this is the best option.
