A guy is murdered by police after he murdered one of there kids. Years later a man turns himself in for murder but doesn't tell the police anything. The police get murdered one by one the same way that they killed the man years ago. At the end, one of them weakens the man by calling him his real name, and shoots him. Does anyone know the name of this movie?
