What helps remove dark spots that razor bumps left behind?

I have been using, Bikini Zone Creme, but it doesnt seem to help. I think it just helps smooth reviuos razor bump down, but doesnt remove them

I am a Black young lady and dont really like the sight if them.

Is there ANYTHING that may remove the dark spots??
