B bball New member Dec 4, 2009 #1 today i had baseball tryouts, and when i swung in a batting cage, the ball was over the bat. i dont know how low i bat but its a little below the waist. i missed 4 shots, 1 tipped above my bat. where should i be batting.

N nepster New member Dec 4, 2009 #3 Same height as the ball, no? Just follow the ball with yoru eyes and connect it to your swing. You should be fine.
