What have you checked out recently...

Enjoyed...
Ministry "House of the Mole" and KMFDM's "WWIII" and "Hau Ruck".
Animal Collective- didn't really like them at first, but I am starting to see their appeal (limited, but it's there).
Her Space Holiday - the Young Machines came out in 2003, and I was...where?
Imogen Heap - "Speak For Yourself". Beautiful.
Liars "Drums Not Dead"- Interesting album, still not sure whether I like the band though.

I don't remeraber the stuff I didn't like, I tend to phase those out.

Recently began enjoying:

Brian Eno
This Heat
The Cows
Live Skull
Rachel's
Low
Cherubs
Guided By Voices
Man or Astro-Man
Experimental Audio Research
Royal Trux
Pussy Galore
Chokebore
AMM
Nihilist Spasm Band
Unsane
GG Allin

I find it difficult to dislike any of it. Some of it I have to be in the right mood to enjoy, but it's all good ****.

I was taken by a friend to see them live last week - they have a couple of good singles but I really wasn't taken by the rest of the set - too incoherent and too much stage showmanship for the sake of it. Still, plenty of potential and the singer's got a good voice.

ive started listening to the smiths, again. i like um, but thing about them is i have to be in the right sort of mood for Morrrissey's voice not to piss me off.

Enjoyed

65Daysofstatic: Dont have the album, but downloaded some of their stuff...very cool, all instrumental

Oceansize: Indie/Rock/Arabiance I think's the best way to describe them

Didn't Enjoy

The Kooks: Same old same old, nothing new orginial or catchy

Enjoyed:

Arctic Monkeys: They sound like the british version of The Strokes, which is probably why people already hate them, but hey i like The Strokes too.

Rilo Kiley: I really really like what i have heard, also, Jenny Lewis is a fox. =)

Nellie McKay: Gonna try to get Get Away From Me when i can, i really like the songs off of it that i have heard, especialy David.

My Morning Jacket: I bought Z, didnt take long for me to fall in love with it.

Arcade Fire: I downloaded Funeral, took me several listens to finally get into it, but im loving it.

Mastodon: My brother imported Leviathan and Remission....Im liking Leviathan especially.

Didnt enjoy:

Neutral Milk Hotel: Meh, it must be me, but why indie kiRAB everywhere worship this band is a total mystery to me, i fell asleep halfway through In the Aeroplane Over the Sea, it was soooooooo bland and boring for me, like half assed Woody Guthrie covers with a brass section, but to no improvement.

I notice you like Oasis...this band may appeal to you, although I'd say they have a broader scope, judging by their tunes.

They bring out their first single in Noveraber, under their own label.
LoaRAB of potential and well worth keeping an eye out for...top upcoming band.

The Cows- y'now where I got it. ;) Its pretty good, love the trumpet parts.

Demons and WizarRAB- Havn't heard them much but the seem alright. The voice is VERY high pitched. Its kinda creepy.
