Hers the scenario. a friend of mine violated is probation this last weekend and was meant to meet with his probation officer monday (we don't know if she knows or not) and she called him up that day saying she is going to change his appointment to friday, so now tomorrow he has his meeting with his probation officer. I'm not sure if he will get in trouble for it or not. Would a probation officer if they knew there person violated probation send out someone to go arrest the person or would he or she wait till the next appt. to nail him??
