My husband accidentally put a 9 where a 6 should have been for the account number on his LES. We were supposed to be paid today and were not. Obviously, that money went to someone else's account and we depend on that money to pay bills and get food for ourselves and our son.. Will the military "refund" us or will we have to take out a loan??
