Ok I know this is the dumbest thing I could have ever done, but the other day I ws involved in a car accident that was entirely the other drivers fault. My boyfriend was driving, he has no insurance. We told the cop I was driving because I was panicked that my Dad would kill me and I was also scared my car wouldn't get fixed because my boyfriend has no insurance. Anyways we lied, we got caught, and the cop came and issued a citation to appear in court. Here is where I am lost.
What is going to happen in court? What is the penalty? I already have an underage drinking charge that I was going to expunge before I apply to law school but now I have this, which should I expunge? I am 20 years old and in college. PLEASE HELP!
