What happens when the cone cells in your eyes are broken?

I have to make this assignment for school in which we are asked several questions with multiple choice answers. I need to explain WHY as well.
So these are the possible answers:

a. You won't see well in the dark
b. You won't be able to perceive movement anymore
c. You won't notice any details anymore
