What happens when I use my cell phone as a wireless modem?

I have a Blackberry Tour on Verizon. I pay the extra $30.00 for the broadband on the phone. But I know how to connect the phone to my MacBook to use it as a wireless modem. Will I be charged extra on my bill, or does my extra $30.00 dollars I pay every month for the broadband on my phone count when I use it on my laptop as well?

I would just like to make sure before I plug in my phone and start using it. I don't want any extra charges just for using the Verizon internet on my laptop when I'm on the road. So does anyone know if I will be charged extra or not? And are you positive I won't be charged? Thanks a lot!

You dont need to pay extra as long as you have an unlimited data plan. I use iphone 3g as modem when im out and about with my laptop. Your just using the broadband service you have paid for.
