Like what do you think happens to models and photographers who are vain, just total assholes to people who are nice to them?

Like what do you think happens to people who are jerks? And are higher in rank but treat others like they're low in rank?
Is being an asshole a form of insecurity?
is being nasty a form of insecurity?
