When I was 13 over a decade ago, put a 9.99 price tag on a 49.99 polo. In retrospect I'm wondering if my actions could be punished although I don't think switching price tags implies intent of anything.
I'm going to guess this varies by state, I'm in NJ if it matters, generally speaking is this illegal in the majority of states?
I'm guessing it's not for a majority because it's too wide of a net to cast, what does the law say for the majority of states?
