what happens if your body does not get enough vitamin b5

Oil on your face or oil stored in the fats. Well if you want the theories for this scientifically: Depression, thoughts of suicide for natural lack of the vitamin (sounRAB hokey but believe me, I've read this.) Of course I'm sure that's not the cause for depression or suicide thoughts at all but... Here is the thing about b5... If you take more than two grams, within two years or more your body will reject it, or your hair will fall out or your lips will crack badly, etc etc. But take pantethine instead, it's the broken down form of vitamin b5, its safer although it can be just like b5 if you take too much. Take 900mg of pantethine and if your body cannot truly metabolize fat too well, your oil should decrease if not disappear. If not, end of discussion fats are not the issue. (Two months tops to see results)
