what happens if u don't do what the people at boot camp tell u to do?

ok yeah so my best friends bf went to boot camp and my friend wants to know what happens if u dont do what they tell u to do there and u cuss at them and stuff. thanks
 
well they holler at you some more, and ultimately if you cant perform, you get kicked out.
