Hi,
There seems to be a dispute between two business partners. The credit for the property was given to Party A. Party A just lend Party B and C the credit, but they are the only two name in the tittle of the property (official owners B and C).

The problem is that Party B doesn't want to make a payment of the property because Party C will not pay his share. So, Party B doesn't want to lose the property, but is not willing to pay anything until Party C pays his share.

What can Party B do the continue in possession of the property and take out of the tittle Party C?

*Its a commercial business
*The owner of the land finance the property to Party A.

Party B can kidnap all of party C, pull out all of their teeth, clip off their fingers, and bury them alive. At least that's what the Russian Mafia does lol.
