vegetable garden? The people that lived here before had a small dog and it pooped in a few places in the yard and I wanted to do a garden this year. I like to rototill the yard clippings and leaves into the soil in the early spring to make the ground more fertile. My husband didn't realize there was dog poop in the grass from the lawn mower bag before he dumped it all in the garden. The area where I have the garden is fenced off(was a dog pen 4+ years ago, but not for the last dog) so it shouldn't have been a current pooping area.
It's been 4 months since the dog lived here, so just wondering if the poop would be "clean" by now or if I need to clean out all of the lawn clippings(I don't think there was very much poop to begin with)?
