well it matters what state and town ur in i live in indiana and were able to ride mopeds and cars and motorcycles so i would look it up and it also matter how old u r and if u have a licsence
my neighborhood is FULL of mini bikes and the cops have been called uncountable times and every time we've gotten warnings. Seems like they could honestly care less as long as you aren't killing somone.
