What happens during a sports physical, (girls)?

Ok, so I was thinking about trying out for sports this next school year and I have to get a physical to do so. What happens during one? Do they have to check "below"? Or is that an option? Am I going to have to be completely naked or can I be wearing a tank and bottoms? Will I have to take off my shirt so they can check my breasts or will I not have to take it off at all?

I am almost 14 and have never had a physical before, I'm a little scared XP

If you have ever had a sports physical before please tell me what happens during one!!!!
 
For my sports physical I didn't have take clothes off.
They didn't check my breasts...just listened to my heart and lungs. Pounded (gently) on my back to check the kidneys.
Pressed on my belly and a little lower near the pubic region to check the ovary area.
Had me bend to touch the toes to check the alignment of my spine.
And just asked questions about periods being normal and general questions.

Nothing overly exciting...
Now if you were a guy, haha...
