i've been seeing a therapist for awhile now and she referred me to go to one for my social anxiety symptoms...
what will they ask me? will i have to fill out a test or something?(it's gonna be 2 hours)
oh and she said that i might need medication too...has anyone talken meds for this before? how did you feel differently after the first dose?
