actually i know that unlocking makes a phone work on any sim.but the thing i want to know is suppose i buy an iphone 4 in usa with an at and t contract and unlock it and use it on other sim should i have to pay the at and t bill.and what will at and t fellows do once they know that my phone is unlocked.
