What happened to Tmo cust service?

Nobody will answer the phone. Did they fire eveyone? I sat on hold for 20 min yesterday nothing. ive been on hold for 17:13 now. I used to call in and get someone within 5 mins max.

on the myfaves familly plan they have 1200 min for the price of 1000

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~flex will have a very high hold time untill the get more trained to handle it they did not expect to have as many people sign up for it as they did and yeah the new my faves plans are only avail for post paid at this time

yeah, that's the thing, the flexpay department doesn't have as many people so the hold time is longer. also, if you call in to 611, the CSR can't even do anything to a FP acct, so they are all sent to that department. kinda sucks.
