What happened to my Samsung Fascinate? All music and folders are gone?

Okay so I restarted my phone and all of my music was gone and in my gallery the only pictures left are the ones I took from my phone. Before I had multiple folders in my gallery for random things like pictures from my computer or wallpapers that I saved from Zedge. Does anyone know what happened or how to fix it because im kind of freaking out here >.<
