actually in my book this sentences are writen that when COLD STRESS occur then cell wall of plant change into ice crystallized form,i want to ask what is responsible which turn cellulose into ice crystal form for overcome this problem and on the other hand cytosol to supper cool?
what happen when we keep cell wall of plant into cold environment?
