What hair style go with my prom dress?

My prom dress is purple, strapless, satin, short, and ruffled on the bottom (knee length).

Kinda like a mix between these 2 dresses:

so what HAIR STYLE should go with it?

I'm leaning towards letting most of my hair down (or half way will do) and having loose curls (simple but elegant) and I"m avoiding tying it up because I did that last year (unless it looks best w/ it).

i think you should go with loose curls or something like this :
