what had happened with my car ?

hey guys i really need help, urgently UM i have a car and just 2dae i was installing a neon light in my boot. I decided that instead of the factory fitted light in the boot i'll replace it with the neon light and it worked and just wen i waz abut to connect the wires for good the two wires that i waz using to light up the neon that came out of the factory fitted light ACCIDENTLY touched each other (it gave a spark) and since then my central locking doesnt work my sub dznt pump that good the lights IN the car wownt go on and in my car if a door is not closed it'll keep giving u a annoying beep sound unless u close it and even if i closed the door it keeps giving me that sound even wen i drive. nd many more stuff related to electronics
IAM SOOO STREST SINCE THEN AND VERY WORRIED THAT WHAT HAZ HAPPENED AND HOW CAN I GET IT FIXED..
I NEED HELP URGENTY PLEASE???????????
 
You definitely shorted some things out. Bring it to a shop. They will have a wiring diagnosis machine to see what is wrong and where it is at. Will probably cost you around $500 to get it fixed.
